Stratford Street Project Completion

We're happy to have delivered these warm, modern and resilient homes for local residents. All 13 homes were built in only 13 months. There are six two-bedroom, three three-bedroom, two four-bedroom and two five-bedroom homes in this latest housing development. Built to rigorous performance and sustainability standards, the two-storey homes are well-designed and offer a safe and accessible living environment. Standing on solid structural foundations, all 13 homes are seismically resilient and have been built for long-term durability. A weather-tight envelope protects interior living from the elements. Centrally located, the homes are ideally placed for family living. All are comfortable, warm, energy-efficient and functional.

The surrounding streetscape, including shared access roads, is safe and well-connected and internal fences provide privacy and security to enhance liveability for residents. Power, water and heating has been seamlessly integrated in this development, which also features efficient and reliable stormwater and wastewater systems.

One of the key challenges during construction was navigating open trenches and large plant equipment, but their team worked diligently to ensure safe and smooth coordination of all activities.
