Meet Our Team

Jonathan sits at the helm of CMT Group. He’s worked with a wide range of engineers and managers across numerous contracts over the past 30 years and brings to the team a strong solutions-focused approach that drives benefits for both the clients and the engineers.

Anton has been with us since 2006. He has become an integral part of our Civil team, where He’s the go-to when it comes to pricing. When he’s not managing large-scale civil construction projects, he gets around pricing private landscaping projects.

Jayden has extensive experience in sales and technology. As Brand Manager, Jayden has built Haptix to become one of New Zealand's top suppliers of architectural safety solutions. On a day-to-day basis, Jayden manages operations, oversees the sales team, and provides technical support across all areas of the company.

Kenley is a passionate, energetic, operations team leader who loves being out there doing it.  He’s been a key part of the company all his working life and living the dream. He oversees our entire civil department, managing large projects across the South Island.

With years of experience in Business Development within the wine industry, Hamish brings a strong background in sales, client relationships, and growth strategy. A qualified carpenter by trade, Hamish combines hands-on industry knowledge with commercial acumen, making him a great asset to our team.

Spending most of his career overseas, Jeff returned to his hometown here in Blenheim just six years ago and joined our team in 2022. With 30 years working in the building industry, he still enjoys getting on the tools and helping his team. He believes in honest communication, positive feedback, being fair and turning up.

Dale is across all things sales. He’s a great listener and is ready to hear about your project’s accessibility needs and solve your problems. He’s been with CMT Group since 2002, so it would be fair to say he’s part of the furniture!

Georgette is passionate about administration and thrilled to join her CMT Group family. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional planning skills, she ensures our team stays organized and focused. Georgette's vibrant energy brings a refreshing boost to our office team in Blenheim.

For the past 16 years Hetty has been at Safe Air, who then merged with Airbus. She started off managing the front end on their ERP system, and then retrained and completed her Human Resources Degree via correspondence. This led her to the HR world where she has been in for the past five years.
