Georgette is passionate about administration and thrilled to join her CMT Group family. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional planning skills, she ensures our team stays organized and focused. Georgette's vibrant energy brings a refreshing boost to our office team in Blenheim.

Michelle has 16 years of Health and Safety background having worked in aviation, civil construction, waste management, steel and the wine industry. She likes to keep Health and Safety simple, user friendly and practical.

Tyrone joined the team in late 2023, jumping in head first right out of high school. He is super friendly and happy to help you with all your sales support needs.

A welder by trade, Colin made the move from Tauranga to Blenheim in early 2025. With a friendly, customer-first approach and a genuine passion for helping people bring their landscaping projects to life, he’s a great addition to the team.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to his pivotal role. His expertise in architecture safety solutions ensures a seamless and efficient installation program. Dave's personable nature and excellent rapport with clients and contractors make him an invaluable asset to our team.

For the past 16 years Hetty has been at Safe Air, who then merged with Airbus. She started off managing the front end on their ERP system, and then retrained and completed her Human Resources Degree via correspondence. This led her to the HR world where she has been in for the past five years.
