Jo works in closely with Ross (Branch Manager) to ensure the smooth running of the Christchurch projects and the office. Jo has 20 years office experience and brings a bubbly, positive attitude to the position.
Nick started in 2012 with us on the tools. Learning the trade of concrete paver installation and placing. Since then, he’s expanded his knowledge and now oversees our civil projects in Marlborough.. He’s our social-butterfly with an easy-go-lucky attitude, and gets the job done.
Mum of two, wife, and currently studying toward a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, Rachael is a powerhouse addition to the team with over a decade of experience in Finance.
Sonia’s the first point of contact when you come to CMT Group reception in Blenheim. She loves customer service, is ready to assist with your enquiry, and will always greet you with a smile. With 30 years of experience in customer service and reception, Sonia really knows a thing or two about office Administration.
Terry has been involved with the building industry for the last 30 years. He’s responsible for ensuring the team leaders are on task and up to speed daily, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth deliveries on projects.
Zara joined the team in late 2022 fresh out of university. With years of experience in customer service and a passion for all things marketing, Zara is always ready to take on new challanges.
Michelle has Strategic Marketing experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, agriculture, and viticulture. In her spare time, she’s kept busy with her young family and loves to make the most of the beautiful Marlborough region with mountain biking, hill climbs, and of course indulging in a local Sauvignon Blanc or Methode Marlborough.
Rochelle is the driving force behind our team. She carries out work such as preparing tender documents, keeping project files and finances up to date, as well as being the executive assistant the management team – arranging travel, booking appointments etc.
