Meet Our Team

Jonathan sits at the helm of CMT Group. He’s worked with a wide range of engineers and managers across numerous contracts over the past 25+ years and brings to the team a strong solutions-focus that drives benefits for both the clients and the engineers.

Anton has been with us since 2006. He has become an integral part of our Civil team, where He’s the go-to when it comes to pricing. When he’s not managing large-scale civil construction projects, he gets around pricing private landscaping projects.

Jayden holds an in-depth knowledge of our non-slip Tactile Safety and Architectural products and services and oversees our sales team performance.

Kenley is a passionate, energetic, operations team leader who loves being out there doing it.  He’s been a key part of the company all his working life and living the dream. Being up to the neck in mud each day, he's known for getting stuff done.

Transitioning from truck driving to helping coordinate materials, David is the go-to guy for managing trucking logistics and aggregate management. His passion for people and maintaining a tidy environment makes him an invaluable member of our team.

With years of experience in Business Development within the wine industry, Hamish brings a strong background in sales, client relationships, and growth strategy. A qualified carpenter by trade, Hamish combines hands-on industry knowledge with commercial acumen, making him a great asset to our team.

Spending most of his career overseas, Jeff returned to his hometown here in Blenheim just six years ago and joined our team in 2022. With 30 years working in the building industry, he still enjoys getting on the tools and helping his team. He believes in honest communication, positive feedback, being fair and turning up.

Adam joined the team in June 2021 and brings 15 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. He always strives for quality work and he will ensure the daily site operations run smoothly and effectively.

Dale is across all things sales. He’s a great listener and is ready to hear about your project’s accessibility needs and solve your problems. He’s been with CMT Group since 2002, so it would be fair to say he’s part of the furniture!
