Residential spotlight- Moana View Drive

While our larger civil projects often get the spotlight, there’s plenty happening across the CMT Group teams every week that doesn’t always make it onto the feed.

Our work can range from excavation and civil works on multi-million-dollar developments to smaller projects closer to home, including driveways, patios, drainage and residential improvements.

Our recent project on Moana View Drive is a great example.

The team was brought in to transform an existing outdoor space, removing an old concrete pad and driveway and replacing it with a more functional and modern solution.

The project included:

• Removing the existing concrete pad and driveway
• Installing new drainage
• Pouring a new driveway
• Constructing a new concrete slab for a sleepout
• Installing a new garden path
• Finishing the area with charcoal exposed aggregate concrete

The charcoal exposed aggregate finish provides a clean, contemporary look that complements the existing home, while the new driveway and paths have made the space more functional, safer to navigate and better suited to the property.
