As a subcontractor to Higgins, we took on the construction of this office offsite. Easing site congestion while they undertook the civil component of the job.
Nestled within the efficiency-maximizing confines of the CMT Group yard, this project has set a new benchmark for rapid construction and timely delivery. The building was ready for onsite installation in November 2023.
Under the adept leadership of Christchurch Regional Manager Ross Baynes, our skilled crew showcased their prowess by completing the first stage in under three months.

The office was safely delivered to site and established on piles. We're now working with the client to connect underground services and create an approaching ramp and stairs up to the entrance.
