Rose Manor Subdivision Update

Another subdivision project is nearing the finish line, with work progressing across Stages 10a, 10b, 10c and Stage 11 at Rose Manor.

Working alongside Deluxe Property Group, CMT Group has been delivering the infrastructure required to support approximately 50 new homes and extend the development into its next stage.

The project has included:

• Two new roundabouts
• New drainage ponds
• Underground services
• Footpaths
• New roads and connections

Stages 10a and 10b are now complete, with construction continuing through 10c and Stage 11. The project is now entering its final phase, with roading and surfacing underway before the finishing touches, including landscaping, bring the development together.

Projects like Rose Manor highlight the amount of infrastructure and groundwork that needs to happen before new homes can take shape. From drainage and underground services to roads, footpaths and connections, this work provides the foundation needed to create a functional and connected new community.

With the final stages now underway, the development is getting closer to completion and ready for the next chapter of Rose Manor.
