We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of the George Street subdivision in Marlborough. We recently handed over keys to our fastest residential subdivision project to date. Consisting of four dwellings, the small subdivision in the heart of Blenheim is now housing happy new residents. The one-bedroom homes are fully accessible and built to meet a 6 Homestar rating, meaning they were constructed using sustainable building practices.
