Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities have trusted our Marlborough based Civil and Building Construction teams to deliver their large new development, where five draughty old damp houses have made way for 14 brand new homes. We are very appreciative to be doing this for the Marlborough community and cannot wait to see the residents enjoying their new homes.
There’s a great variety of weatherboard and bricks within this subdivision, with bricklayer Ben Robinson and his team doing an amazing finish on these exteriors.

Site Construction Manager Scott Guthrie's experience has helped calm down any stresses some of the younger builders have encountered along the way, and his ability to work with Terry, our Project Manager, to manage the stock during COVID-19 delays was outstanding.
