This is an addition to the top storey of a residential home. The idea was to utilise the area above the garage into an enuite bathroom by extending the roofline out. MC Construction are working on this independently. All consents and qualified LBP are working on this project to get it sorted and out the way. All trades are under MC Construction on this project.
